Package stealing or “Porch stealing” is becoming quite common these days. CNBC reports that there were an estimated 260 million packages stolen in 2022. There have been incidences of people following Amazon trucks and Mailmen to steal packages as soon as they’re left on the porch for customers. Also, there are plenty of video recordings of thieves coming to homes at night and stealing packages from the doorstep.

We receive packages on your behalf, from Amazon, FedEx, UPS, US Postal, DHL, etc. We sign for it, scan the barcode and place it behind the mailbox in a secure area. You will then receive an email or text notification that a package is waiting for you at our office. You can come and pick it up at your convenience.

Your mailbox has a street address, which you can use to receive Government documents or private mail in addition to packages. This is superior to having a PO Box address, which is limited to Postal mail only. 24 hour access is also available for your box.
